Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic young professional (aged 24-30) with proven expertise in digital innovation, platform development, and social entrepreneurship. The selected candidate will work part-time, supporting our Business Development Executive in driving digital transformation and impact across YMCA National Movements in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in designing digital frameworks for impact measurement and data management.

✔ Support digital transformation efforts and help develop customized platforms for tracking performance and engagement.

✔ Contribute to business development by identifying sustainable revenue streams and digital enterprises.

✔ Coordinate training and capacity-building activities to empower YMCA youth champion teams across Africa.

✔ Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development Executive and AAYMCA team.

Who Can Apply?

🎓 Education & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or related field.

✅ MBA (completed or ongoing) in innovation, digital transformation, or business development (preferred).

💡 Experience & Skills:

✅ 2-4 years of experience in business development, digital strategy, or related field.

✅ Certified in Google UX Design, Digital Product Development, or Project Management.

✅ Proven hands-on experience in platform development and UI/UX design.

✅ Experience in social entrepreneurship and digital innovation (award-winning innovators preferred).

✅ Active involvement in an African YMCA National Movement (leadership or volunteer experience is an added advantage).
