The Scholarship Project under the Africa Alliance of YMCAs (AAYMCA) continues to transform lives by supporting young scholars in their academic and personal growth. On January 30, 2025, a monitoring visit was conducted in Kenya, led by AAYMCA’s Education Officer, Emmanuel, and Programmes Coordinator, Lawrence. The session aimed to evaluate the progress of the scholarship beneficiaries, address challenges they face, and explore further opportunities for development.

Empowering Scholars Through Education

The monitoring session provided a platform for scholars to share their experiences, reflecting on the impact of the scholarship on both their education and community involvement. The discussions highlighted how the program equips young people with the tools to excel academically while fostering leadership and social responsibility.
