Reynolds Kwadwo Kissiedu is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with Winrock Internationalimplementing the Mobilizing Community Action and Promoting Opportunities for Youth in Ghana’sCocoa growing communities (MOCA), a USDOL project. Recently an M & E (Capacity Building) Specialist with Global Communities implementing the Resiliency in Northern Ghana (RING), a USAID project. Before then, a Monitoring and Learning Officer/Thematic Lead at Coffey International/Strengthening Transparency Accountability and Responsiveness in Ghana (STAR-Ghana), a multi donor (DFID, DANIDA, EU, USAID) funding mechanism coordinating M&E issues under its Health and Education projects. Prior to this engagement, worked as an M&E Advisor for CARE International in Ghana responsible for the development and review of project documents, Performance Monitoring Plans, M&E Guides, and Training Guides.
His YMCA experience includes National President, Ghana YMCA September 2018-to date; National Chairman, Ghana YMCA 2012-2018; Regional Treasurer, Eastern Region YMCA, Ghana 2006-2012; Branch Secretary, Asamankese YMCA, Ghana 2000-2006. Reynolds is an educationist with over 30 years’experience in managing both formal and non-formal education projects, community mobilization/ development, participatory project planning and management, adult training, management training/capacity building, participatory research, monitoring and evaluation and civil society advocacy.
